This is a full time position on a 40 hr week basis, with extra hours to be undertaken during busy periods to meet business requirements. This position will be working across our soft landscape division undertaking, maintenance, planting, soft landscaping and a further wide variety of works. 

The successful candidate/s will have the following attributes -

• Must have at least 2 years industry experience.

• Must have excellent plant and horticultural knowledge. 

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to engage with our clients, suppliers and team. 

• Have excellent personal presentation and time management. 

• Want to process within the business and most importantly have an excellent sense of humour. 

• Clean driving license.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Creative Media Specialist to work closely with our Head of Brand and Digital. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and videography, managing our social media platforms and assisting with website content development. This is a multifaceted role with an emphasis on creativity, innovation, and growth. You will help us shape and communicate our story, ensuring that both Cunningham Gardens and Nepeta England continue to thrive in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

• Capture and produce high-quality visual content that showcases our projects, products, and services. From garden designs and plant varieties to behind-the-scenes processes, your content will bring our story to life.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Monitor trends, create engaging posts, and grow our online presence through creative campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Head of Digital and Brand to update and improve the content of our websites. Ensure that content is current, engaging, and aligned with our brand vision.

Content Creation & Strategy

• Create compelling digital content across multiple platforms that aligns with the values and goals of both businesses. Develop a content calendar, work with the team to create new ideas, and track performance metrics.

Marketing Support

• Assist in the development of email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital marketing materials that support both brands.

Collaboration

• Work closely with various teams to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all media platforms, ensuring both brands reflect the same level of quality and attention to detail.

Experience in Photography & Videography

• Solid experience in photography and video production, including editing and post-production.

Strong Communication Skills
