Alex Smith

Office Manager

Alex brings a diverse academic background, having studied horticulture at college and later reading economics at the University of Warsaw. Her career spans major corporate firms in London and, more recently, a range of companies across the South East. With expertise in accounts and human resources, Alex oversees our office management, administration, finance and payroll, HR, and health and safety functions.

She works closely with the leadership team and plays a key role in the ongoing development and refinement of our internal systems and processes. Outside of work, Alex is deeply passionate about gardening and propagation, with a growing interest in garden design.de
